Since moving from Australia to the UK in 1996 I have worked in Human Resources and Senior Operational Management roles. I spent 11 years working in the private sector employed by a blue chip outsourcing company, working as a business partner with other blue chip companies. After the birth of my son I relocated to Cumbria in 2007 to be closer to my husband's family. In 2008 I joined the public sector where I spent 11 years and gained a Post Graduate Qualification in Personnel and Management. I am qualified as a NLP Master Practitioner and Executive Coach.
